This survey will help us know which of these hypotheses is the right one:

 The lack of communication between team members.

Interaction with co-workers inside and outside the workplace are
strongly related to job satisfaction.

Can be as the process of expressing ideas and feelings or of
giving people information in verbal or nonverbal way.

To know which of the hypothesis is the right one. We made a
survey that was sent to the manager who gave it to the staff.
