Limited since September 01, 2017. Prior to this position, Rizwan has
worked in Live Securities Limited in the field of Finance and Accounts.
Rizwan has a career track record spanning over 10 years of professional
experience in the fields of Finance, Accounts, Secretarial, Audit &
Assurance and advisory services. His field of expertise is in financial
reporting, regulatory compliance, financial analysis, MIS development,
corporate secretarial services, company taxation, audit and assurance.
Rizwan is a Graduate in Commerce from Government College of
Commerce & Economics, Karachi and finalist of Associate Cost and
Management Accountants of Pakistan.

 Mr. Azeem Akhtar has over 8 years of experience in equity research.
Prior to joining Adam Securities, Azeem was the Head of Research in
NUA Securities (Pvt.) Limited since Oct 2014, and lead’s a team of 2

almost all the key sectors that includes Cement, Banks, Insurance,
Steel and Power. Apart from that, Azeem took an active role in
training junior analyst and trading team. He has completed his MBA –
Finance from KASBIT in 2012.
 Mr. Saif Ali Mangi is a talented new entrant to Equity market. He has
done his BS (Acc and Finance) from IoBM and has completed his
internship from Taurus Securities (Pvt.) Ltd.
 Mr. Sarfaraz joined Adam Securities 5 years back and working as a
