Management is the process of effectively utilizing resources like manpower, money, materials and machinery
to achieve goals of enterprise through proper methods.

The role of the management is to ensure that the goals of the organization are achieved.
1. Management ensures that all the activities are designed effectively such that the working of each individual employee
will contribute to the attainment of the organizational goals. .
2. Management encourages all individual activities that will lead to reaching organizational goals and discourages those
