There is a fifth-grade teacher at Promise Road Elementary who is
working towards becoming an administrator. She was required to
practice observing a teacher and giving them feedback about the
TEACHING lessons she observed. She had asked the student teachers in the
SCENARIO building if she could practice on them and I said yes. She came into
my classroom a total of three times and watched me give various
lessons to my kindergarteners.

She would pop in for five to seven minutes and watch from the back of the
classroom. She would come in at any part of the lesson and then stay for the
five minutes. I would then get an email or note with small feedback later.
