Shell’s 4 Leadership Attributes

• Authenticity
knowing who you are, your core values, what you want to achieve,
as well as how you stay resilient under pressure.

• Performance
delivering our operational and financial commitments, and setting
and maintaining a high standard of professional and operational
excellence.

• Growth
being aware of opportunities and looking for fresh perspectives in
setting business direction; being able to adapt the business to
change and having the courage to take appropriate risks.

• Collaboration
how we connect with one another, with our partners and our
customers... in ways that deliver value. It’s the ability to influence
others even when you don’t have formal authority over them.  It’s
