Accelerated development of Internet-based
technologies has made information widely accessible.
However, if not classified systematically,
information on the Internet is too difficult to assimilate.
Search engines can locate millions of web sites based on
keywords in less than one second. (NOTE : Add 3-4 more

According to recent statistics, individuals spend an average
of 60% of time online in filtering out unwanted information.
This problem has motivated many research laboratories to
derive an efficient solution. The
inability to resolve this problem makes it impossible for
individuals to locate valuable information efficiently.
Therefore, a filtering scheme must be developed to
resolve the above problem.

A filtering scheme can be developed to resolve the
above problem. To do so, an intensive learning
program with artificial intelligence can be installed on a computer. This
program can acquire learning attributes of individuals, e.g., information
collected and personal preferences. Next, the personal attributes can
be sent to another filtering program as parameters; this filtering
program can be oriented to match the interests of each individual.
Additionally, when data is retrieved from a search engine, this filtering
program filter the resulting web pages first based on personal attributes.
As anticipated, the proposed filtering scheme can provide
information that is more meaningful to an individual, substantially
reducing time in filtering out information manually.
Importantly, the proposed method can provide an effective means of
filtering out unwanted search results from the Internet efficiently.

Roaming in a wireless Internet environment requires a
handover process to facilitate applications with a continuous connection.
Although a network during the handover process often
leads to a short blackout period, this handover latency can significantly
degrade Quality of Service (QoS) for real-time sensitive applications

For instance, VoIP requires that handover latency is
less than 400ms for a smooth handover process. However, multi-
layers (including MAC network and application layer) are involved in the
handover process, subsequently producing a latency period ranging
from 1 to 30 seconds when the mobile node move between two
networks. The inability to resolve this problem
makes it impossible to deploy high quality QoS VoIP applications.
Therefore, an integrated mobility management scheme must
be developed, capable of providing real-time sensitive applications with
a seamless handover.

so, a cross layer mobility management scheme can be
established via a Session Initialization Protocol. The handover
process of a network layer can then be completed immediately
after the handover occurs. Next, the handover latency and
packet loss rate can be reduced by a relay server.
As anticipated, the proposed integrated mobility management
scheme can complete the handover process in 400 ms for
mobile odes, i.e. a lower packet loss rate than that of
conventional ones. Via the proposed mobility
management scheme, real-time sensitive applications can
resolve the handover problem, making it feasible to deploy
