INTRODUCTION:
 KFC Corporation, or KFC, founded and also known as Kentucky Fried
Chicken, is a chain of Fast Food Restaurants based in Louisville,
Kentucky. KFC has been a brand and operating segment, called a
"concept" of Yum Brands since 1997 when that company was spun
off from Pepsi&Co as Tricon Global Restaurants Inc.
 KFC primarily sells chicken in form of pieces, wraps, salads and
sandwiches. While its primary focus is fried chicken, KFC also offers
a line of roasted chicken products, Side Dishes and Desserts

CONCLUSION

 Every firm has two faces regarding management,


one is the ethical face and one is the unethical face.
As far you have studied all the data, references,
articles, quotes you must have come to know many
ethical dilemmas originated on global as well as
local level. The main ethical dilemma created on
large scale was slaughtering and rodent issue which
is still affecting the firm but on low level means the
internal management of the firm is highly strong.
On the other hand, regarding local issues, dilemma
are created due to discrimination, society, over
timing, pressure and low wedges, but regardless of
all KFC has high legal, cultural and social
dominancy upon all the dilemmas.
 The conclusion shows that the KFC falls in the zone
of conviction for CSR, as they are fulfilling the
ethical responsibilities with good percentage and
they are working on accommodative strategy.
