Objective of the fund
Reliance Regular Savings Fund provides you the choice of investing in Debt, Equity or
Hybrid options with a pertinent investment objective and pattern for each option.

Investment objective
Reliance Regular Savings Fund - Debt Option
To generate optimal returns consistent with moderate level of risk.
Investments shall predominantly be made in Debt and Money Market Instruments.

Reliance Regular Savings Fund - Equity Option


To seek capital appreciation and/or to generate consistent returns by actively investing
in equity / equity related securities.

Reliance Regular Savings Fund - Balanced Option


To generate consistent returns and appreciation of capital by investing in mix of
securities comprising of Equity, Equity related instruments & fixed income
instruments.
Investment pattern
Debt Option Asset Allocation

Debt Instruments (including Securitized Debt) with


65%-100%
maturity of more than 1 year
Money Market Instruments (including Call Money &
Reverse Repo) and Debentures with maturity of less 0%-35%
than 1 year

Securitized Debts will be a part of the Debt Securities, up to 25%


of corpus.

Equity Option Asset Allocation

Equities & Equity-related Securities 65%-100%

Debt & Money Market Instruments with an average


0%-20%
maturity of 5-10 years
Securitized Debts will be a part of the Debt Securities, up to 20%
of corpus.
Balanced Option Asset Allocation

Equities & Equity-related Securities 0%-20%

Fixed Income Securities 80% - 100% (Debt &


Money Market Instruments) with an average 80%-100%
maturity of 1-7 years

Liquidity

The Scheme will offer for Subscription/ Switch-in and Redemption / Switch-out of
Units on every Working Day on an ongoing basis.

SEBI Regulations, the Mutual Fund shall despatch Redemption proceeds within 10
Working Days of receiving a valid Redemption request.

Fund will endeavor to despatch the Redemption cheque within 3 Working Days from
the acceptance of a valid Redemption request.

• 2%, if redeemed/switched out on or before completion of 1 year from the date of
allotment of units.
• Nil, if redeemed/switched out after completion of 1 year from the date of allotment
of units.
Reliance Regular Savings Fund – Equity Option

ii. Exit Load –
• 1%, if redeemed/switched out on or before completion of 1 year from the date of
allotment of units.
• Nil, if redeemed/switched out after completion of 1 year from the date of
allotment of units.

• 1% if redeemed or switched out on or before completion of 1 year from the date of

MINIMUM INVESTMENT

RRSF - Debt
Retail Plan: Rs. 500 per option & in multiples of Re.1 thereafter.
Institutional Plan: Rs. 25 lacs per option and in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter.

Additional Investment Amount RRSF - Debt Retail Plan: Rs. 500 per option & in multiples of Re. 1
thereafter.
Institutional Plan: Rs. 1,00,000 per option and in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter

Time Period
Minimum Period of Contribution: 3 years and in multiples of 1 month thereafter.
Maximum Period of Contribution: 15 years OR till attaining 55 years of age, whichever is earlier
(e.g., a person can register an SIP of maximum 10 yrs at the age of 45 yrs.) The insurance cover ceases
when the investor becomes 55 years of age
