done. This is because art is divided into

several branches, such as music, fashion
and other art. Through art, people can
produce beautiful works of various genres
and interests. The results of this art can be
saved to make a personal collections, meet
the leisure time and even sold to increase
income.
Y 6owever, the art of sand that has long
existed rarely get public attention. 6ence,
we decided to form sand art clubs for no
more such clubs in the institute. We do
hopes that the establishment of this club
can help to develop more talents and
interests of students of this institute in the
field of art.

Y The minimum age limit for joining the club is 18

years old.

Y A participation fee is R§20 per person.

Y An active member of the club can compete to be

the highest committee member.

Y Annual meeting will be held twice a year.

Y §eeting may be convened at any time as
needed.

Y Each club member must attend each meeting.

Y |uration of membership is not limited as long as

these members have not completed their studies.

Y Any resignation must be given notice at least

three weeks earlier.
