 În contextul marcării Zilei Mondiale a Apei cu genericul
„Apele reziduale”, Centrul de Sănătate Publică municipiul
Chişinău a organizat în Grădina Publică „Ștefan cel Mare și
Sfânt” activităţi de informare, comunicare şi sensibilizare a
populaţiei privind importanţa apei pentru sănătatea
organismului uman.
● Medicul-şef sanitar de stat, Luminiţa Suveică, a oferit mai multe interviuri la teme extrem de actuale referitor la
impactul factorilor de mediu asupra calităţii apei, identificarea surselor de poluare a apei şi abordarea măsurilor pentru
suprimarea acestui fenomen, dar şi despre activitatea nemijlocită a instituţiei în procesul de promovare a unui mod
sănătos de viaţă, prin activitate fizică, regim alimentar adecvat şi hidratare suficientă a organismului.
● De menţionat că datele publicate de Organizaţia Mondială a Sănătăţii (OMS) arată că, în ţările Uniunii Europene (UE),
apa potabilă este factorul care cauzează până la 6% din maladii, iar în Republica Moldova apa folosită în scopuri
potabile este un factor care determină până la 10-15% din cazurile de boli diareice acute ( BDA), hepatită virală A
(HVA) şi boli somatice.
● În municipiul Chişinău, conform datelor prezentate de către Administraţia Publică Locală (APL), oferta de apă per
persoană este de 300 litri în 24 h. Aprovizionarea centralizată cu apă potabilă a populaţiei municipiului Chişinău se
efectuează dintr-o sursă de suprafaţă – râul Nistru, precum şi din 101 surse subterane, toate întrunite în 89 de apeducte.
Majoritatea populaţiei din or. Chişinău şi suburbiile Sângera, Durleşti, Vatra, Stăuceni, Grătieşti, Tohatin, Budeşti,
Coloniţa, Bubuieci este asigurată cu apă potabilă din apeductul urban Chişinău. Din numărul total al populaţiei din
● În rezultatul evaluării stării sanitare şi a investigaţiilor de laborator a calităţii apei, s-a stabilit că ponderea probelor de
apă din reţelele de apeducte per total (apeducte comunale urbane, rurale, apeducte departamentale şi ale instituţiilor
pentru copii), care nu corespund normelor igienice după indicatorii sanitaro-chimici, în a.2016 a constituit 16,6%, în
comparaţie cu 17,6% în a.2013 şi 16,1% în a.2014, 17,3% în a.2015, iar după indicatorii microbiologici a constituit
13,6%, în comparaţie cu 7,8% în a.2013, 10,9% în a.2014, 6,7% în a.2015, fapt care denotă o stabilizarere a calităţii
apei cu tendinţă de îmbunătăţire după indicatorii sanitaro-chimici şi înrăutăţire după indicatorii microbiologici.
● Se observă tendinţa de stabilizare a probelor de apă nestandarte după indicatorii sanitaro-chimici din apeductele
comunale urbane din surse de suprafaţă, cu o diminuare de la 49,00% (a.2013), 23,00% (a. 2014) până la 17,00%
(a.2015) – din apeductele comunale urbane din surse subterane, o creştere de la 38,00% (a.2013) până la 64,00%
(a.2015) – din apeductele comunale rurale.
● Astfel, este evident că aprovizionarea populaţiei cu apă potabilă centralizată, comparativ cu cea din fântâni şi izvoare,
este cu mult mai calitativă şi mai garantată.
● Istoric. Conferința Națiunilor Unite asupra mediului înconjurător de la Rio de Janeiro a adoptat la 22 decembrie 1992
hotărârea prin care ziua de 22 martie devenea Ziua Mondială a Apei. De Ziua Mondiala a Apei, oamenii de pretutindeni
aduc în centrul atenției probleme actuale, sub diferite aspecte, manifestând unire și forță în realizarea schimbărilor
necesare.
Apă potabilă

● Prin apă potabilă se înțelege apa destinată consumului uman. Aceasta poate fi:
• orice tip de apă în stare naturală sau după tratare, folosită pentru băut, la prepararea hranei ori
pentru alte scopuri casnice, indiferent de originea ei și indiferent dacă este furnizată prin rețea de
distribuție, din rezervor sau este distribuită în sticle ori în alte recipiente;
• toate tipurile de apă folosită ca sursă în industria alimentară pentru fabricarea, procesarea,
conservarea sau comercializarea produselor ori substanțelor destinate consumului uman [1].
● În România apă potabilă este definită și reglementată prin Legea nr. 458 din 8 iulie 2002 - privind
calitatea apei potabile, completată și modificată prin Legea nr. 311 din 28 iunie 2004.
● La nivelul Uniunii Europene, apa potabilă este reglementată prin Directiva 98/83/CE privind
calitatea apei destinate consumului uman.

● Valorile maxim admise sunt indicate în STAS 1342 - 91 Apă potabilă, astfel:
• activitatea globală alfa și beta, maxim admisă, care se stabilește în funcție de
aportul însumat maxim al radionuclidului radiu 226 alfa radioactiv și al
radionuclidului stronțiu 90 beta radioactiv;
● Măsurarea activității alfa, respectiv beta, se face în conformitate cu SR ISO
9696:1996, respectiv SR ISO 9697:1996.
• activitatea specifică admisă a fiecărui radionuclid.
● Determinarea activității volumice a radionuclizilor se face în conformitate
cu SR ISO 1073:2001.
