V The Tables and figures shall be introduced in the appropriate
places.
V The dimensions of the final bound report should be 290mm x 205mm.
Standard A4 size (297mm x 210mm) executive bond paper must be used.
V The size of Report should not exceed 100 Pages of typed matter.
V The Report (at the time of submission) should have the following page
margins:
Top edge : 30 to 35 mm
Bottom edge : 25 to 30mm
Left side : 35 to 40mm
Right side : 20 to 25 mm
V The Report should be prepared on good quality white paper preferably no
lower than 80gsm.
V Tables and figures should be prepared on good quality paper preferably
not lower than 80gsm.
V Tables and figures should conform to the margin specifications. Large size
figures should be photographically or otherwise reduced to the appropriate
size before insertion.
V Project report should be hard bound in good quality.
V Úolor of the binding paper must be maroon.
V The cover should be printed in block letters
V The text for printing should be golden in color.
V Name of the student, batch and title of the project must be printed at the
side of the report, on the cover.
