completamente efectiva y eliminar todos los bacilos, de manera que la enf. No pueda enf. desarrollarse en el futuro

TRANSMISIN La indigencia y la pobreza conllevan un mayor riesgo de transmisin de tuberculosis, as como la asociacin con personas en estas condiciones. La transmisin de la tuberculosis solo puede ocurrir de una personas que tenga activa la infeccin . La TBC se transmite a travs de particulas expelidas por el paciente bacilfero (con TBC activa) con la tos, estornudo, hablando, etctera. Las gotas infecciosas son de un dimetro entre 0,5 a 5 m, pudiendo ser producidas alrededor de 400.000 con un slo estornudo. Cada una de esas gotitas proveniente de un enfermo activo puede transmitir el microorganismo.

CUADRO CLNICO En el comienzo de la enfermedad, las personas con tuberculosis pueden tener sntomas comunes a otras enfermedades como lo son la fiebre, el cansancio, la falta de apetito, prdida de peso, depresin, sudor nocturno y disnea en casos avanzados; ms cuando se agregan las aflicciones de tos y expectoracin purulenta por ms de quince das debe estudiarse pues se considera un sntoma respiratorio

DIAGNSTICO *Radiografa de Trax *Baciloscopia de esputo *Cultivo de muestra biolgica *Prueba de la Tuberculina mediante la tcnica de Mantoux

Depositar la primera flema obtenida desde el fondo de la garganta , realizar el procedimiento por 4 veces : En la maana Ambiente ventilado

Transporte de la muestra

PREVENCIN -Se previene mediante una vida sana e higinica, identificando oportunamente a los enfermos y asegurar su curacin para no contagiar a otras personas y principalmente por medio de la vacunacin con vacuna BCG aplicada a los nios en el primer mes de vida. -Aminorar o eliminar hacinamientos y mantener la ventilacin de las reas donde se labora.

TRATAMIENTO: Los antituberculostticos se clasifican en 2 grupos en funcin su eficacia, potencia y efectos secundarios: EL tratamiento dura de 6 meses a 2 aos.
