in North America before the
arrival of Europeans.

Hohokam, Aansazi & Mound Builders, culture, or way of life,
depended on the environment around them.

 The Inuit, and all other Peoples of the North, hunted seal and
built shelters with ice
 The Tlingit, and all other Peoples of the West, depended on
salmon for food and cedar for building
 Peoples of the Plains, like the Dakota, were nomadic hunters
who built portable teepees of buffalo hide
