To provide the Department of Defense, Federal Government customers, and commercial and academic space-related customers, with comprehensive logistics support for all missile fuels, chemicals and gases, cryogenic liquids and propellants in the most effective and economical manner possible USAF transferred mission to DESC on October 1, 2001
