PEPFAR is changing lives with comprehensive service delivery in prevention, care and treatment.

Through PEPFAR, the US Government, together with partner governments and international and indigenous partners has significantly changed the course of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in nearly every country that has a generalized epidemic
