RasGas requirements
• RasGas End
– On creation and releasing of Purchase Order by RasGas
• Notification to Supplier(s) / Freight Forwarder(s) through
RasGas website
• Supplier(s) End
– Creation of Shipment
– Printing and affixing of Barcode labels
• If not available, inform Freight Forwarder to print the
Barcode label and forward it to the supplier
– Notification to Freight Forwarder to collect the shipment
Understanding the RasGas
requirements

– Collects and scans the acknowledgement of the material bar
code by Hand Held Devices (HHD)
– Updates the data in RasGas website electronically
– Scanning of the material bar code enroute at various access
points using HHD and updating data in RasGas Website
