Background
TCS is looking for a strategic IT staffing partner to provide programmers and project managers to meet TCS staffing requirements. Programmers should be experienced and experts in technologies as per the need of TCS.
Primary Objectives
Partner with strategic IT staffing company for all staffing needs backed by excellent talent management skills of the partner. In the long term , transform the engagement to long lasting relationship.
Understanding TCS requirements and providing them resources with in agreed schedule. Usage of WestWide competency in Talent Management and Knowledge Management.
Excellent resources as per the need of TCS will be made available with in agreed timelines. Exclusive Account Management and team setup to deliver TCS requirements. WestWide in house training to ensure that resources are equipped with required skill sets and new technologies.

Sign agreements and NDA All documentation. Furnish consultant details to Client as expected. Finalize joining date and arrange Consultant on boarding as per joining date.
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with WestWide and are on same level of understanding with respect to delivery to Customer.
Ongoing productivity improvements of Consultants Certifications planned for the consultants to ensure they are current. Cross Learning and re-skilled initiatives internally.
