Research objective is to find out consumer satisfaction for the product Nokia. Consumer perception for Nokias competitors

Nokia is a communications based company, which focuses on mobile telephone technology. When mobile phones first became available on the market the models were very basic with the best technology being SMS messaging (sending written "text messages" from one phone to another). Then the next advance in technology was being able to put different faces on your phone (different style covers for the front and back of your mobile device) and after that the technological advances have come thick and fast.

Questionnaire The Questionnaire is a structured one. It is a mixture of open ended and close ended questions. The words used in Questionnaire are simple and helps in avoiding confusion and misunderstanding amongst the respondents. Scaling technique used in questionnaire: Interval scale, likert scale and others

Sampling is concerned with the selection of the sub set of the individuals from within the population to estimate characteristics of the whole population. The place selected is Pune city. The sampling technique is Cluster sampling. The customers(respondents) selected for sampling are 50 per area

Hypothesis: Consumers are satisfied with Nokia H0: =0 & H1: 0


Z-test will be used as interval scale will be used in the questionnaire. Apart from the hypothesis,tabulation and charts will be use to analyse the data
