To promote and reward excellence among regions in SembCorp Logistics (India) Pvt. Ltd, our company has instituted the following annual awards : Best Region President Shield Best LC Semblog Shield Best Depot Trophy The award will commence from the year 2004.

BEST REGION SHIELD


PARAMETERS WEIGHTAGE 1. Achievement of Budget revenue 30 % 2. Achievement of Budget Profit 30 % 3. New Business booked 20 % 4. Service Level 10 % 5. Attrition rate 10 %

BEST REGION SHIELD


This

shield will revolve annually to the winners. The name of the winner will be inscribed on the shield, which will be presented to the Region to keep until the next round. Every individual member of the region will be presented with a pin.

PARAMETERS 1. 2. 3. 4. Safety Stock Accuracy Utilization / Occupancy Revenue per employee cost WEIGHTAGE 15 % 25 % 25 % 35 %

BEST LC SHIELD
This shield will revolve annually to the winners. The name of the winner will be inscribed on the shield, which will be presented to the Logistic Centre to keep until the next round. Every individual member of the LC will be presented with a pin.

BEST DEPOT
From every region, 1 Depot will be adjudged as Best Depot. A trophy with the inscription Best Depot Award, Name of the Depot, Period will be given to the winner. Every Individual member of the Depot will be given an appreciation letter from the concerned General Manager.

BEST EMPLOYEE AWARD


Our company in its endeavour to recognize the efforts put in by our people in meeting and exceeding the expectations of our valued customers and other stake holders shall reward 1 employee per region every month as the Best Employee of the month. This will role out from Jan 2004. Best employee would be awarded with 1. Certificate of Merit and a Pin 2. Token cash reward
