FINDINGS
 It was found that the HDFC follow EMI system
regarding the home loans.
 It was found that the HDFC is charging an interest
of 11.75% on home loans.
 It was found that they calculate EMI’s at the rate of
45% of the gross salary using EMI sheet.
 HDFC occupies 38% total market share in PVT
BANKING Sector.
 The valuation procedures adopting by HDFC to
asses the value of services is after taking time to
the bond then only the bond get some value.
 The FINANCIAL SERVICES should be evaluated on
the basic of profit earned by the HDFC. The profit is
distributed to all the policy or bond holders in every
year basing on their investment.
Suggestion
 I suggest that they should reduce the interest rate
to increase the customer base.

 They should extend the repayment period and


decrease the installment amount

 they must follow careful measures in calculating


the EMI’s.
