Business Plan Bio fuel in Sindh
Workshops Social Action plan Training to primary level teachers.

Concept and development of Bio fuel

The concept of bio fuel is defined as a renewable energy

source produced from natural (bio based) materials, which can be used as a substitute for petroleum fuels. Biofuels offer a number of environmental, social, and economic advantages. Including lower emissions of harmful pollutants. Increased employment in many rural areas due to additional agricultural chains. Decreased dependence on oil imports.

Challenges
Energy consumption has increased steadily over the last century

as the world population has grown and more countries have become industrialized.
Crude oil consumption is also increase due to high dependency.
Scare resources
A prediction that annual global oil production would decline

from the current 25 billion barrels to approximately 5 billion barrels in 2050.

Benefits To Shell Tameer

In biofuel industry shell Pakistan will be the market

leader and initiator in Sindh province. There is no any competitor of shell Pakistan for biofuel industry. Very cost effective for Shell to earn the higher profits. If they plant their own field of Sugarcane for making bio fuel. Than they can sale sugarcane to the Govt of Pakistan. So there is win-win situation.

Social Action Plan

Target Community: Teachers of Primary Govt schools. Training for betterment of primary level education. Benefits of Society: Quality improvement would be achieved by more effective inservice training and supervision of teachers, improved learning materials, the expanded use of assistant teachers, improved physical facilities, and greater community support. The project would adopt a new approach to teacher training in Sukkur city with the help of Sukkur IBA administration. And InshaALLAH in future we will execute this project in our institute.

Challenges: Primary teachers will not agree. Sukkur IBA will not support in future. Government of Sindh will not support. Steps for over coming these challenges: Explain the benefits to the primary teachers, and give some stipend for attending this training class. We will try to run this with the help of NGO or some other external sources, if Sukkur IBA reject this project.

Futures Plans: Contract with Sukkur IBA so after that our project will be sustain and in future we will introduce a new policy in Sukkur IBA.
Policy is that Sukkur IBA will not give degree to any student

unless he or she will teach for one month in any primary schools of his/her own choice or CDC will recommend the primary school for students.

Impacts: Because of this policy the quality of primary education will improve in Sindh and the Sukkur IBA students will get experience of teaching and may some students will continue this profession and work for social wellbeing.
Government of Punjab run these types of businesses and try to

improve the quality of primary education in Punjab
