To learn basic daily different activity of the bank. To know more about banking functions and product / services provided by HDFC bank. To analyze and understand the need of the investor and their behaviour towards investment, what are the purposes for which they are investing and their mind towards risk of the market.

Started and Established by Mr. Hasmukh Bhai Parikh. HDFC Bank was amongst the first to receive an 'inprinciple' approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to set up a bank in the private sector from Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited. HDFC Bank headquartered is in Mumbai. The Bank at present has an enviable network of over 1416 branches spread over 339 cities across India.

SUGGESTIONS TO IMPROVE
Though there is no deficiency in working system of HDFC bank, one suggestion I would like to point out that staff members of the bank are young and highly qualified but they need some training to perform their work efficiently. I found lack of work experience of bank employee.

CONCLUSION

Now a days banks provide much more services to their customers in a low cost. HDFC bank is one of them. The objective of this bank is very effective and fair enough to attract the customers to invest or borrow. No specific word of the objective can be derived but working of this bank, strategy , hard work , sincerity and faithfulness of the employees as well as of the top management emboss the goal oriented and customers oriented services of the bank.
