B.O.D SAYING
Education is the process of empowerment of individuals and educational institutions are the agents of this empowerment. It is the kind of education that determines the final manpower outcome of a nation. We are cognizant of the hard fact that without proper professional education no nation can move forward into the ranks of advanced countries.

PRINCIPAL SAYING
The real merit of an institution is to squeeze the best out of the available talent. IPL aspires to do that, and ensures that the atmosphere is conducive to innovation. The campus is entirely free from un-wanted elements such as Politics and violence.

VISION is located in the most historical and culturally rich city in Pakistan. Lahore, also the center of higher education in Pakistan, offers a vibrant, intellectually welcoming and diverse environment. It is a city of over 6.5 million people and a great starting point from which to begin to know Pakistan. Lahore has a small but vibrant expatriate community; over twenty consulate offices are based in the city and much of the international cultural life revolves around them. There is an active French Center, a well patronized American Club and a German cultural center located in the Annemarie Schimmel Haus. In addition, local cultural life is intimately linked to the Alhamra Arts Council, the historic Old City as well as the numerous exhibitions and art galleries.

The University premises are located in Defense Housing Authority (DHA). In keeping with Lahores architectural history, the VISION campus too echoes the citys traditional red brick exteriors. The campus is constructed along uncomplicated straight exteriors, extended rectangular arches and a central octagon from which the buildings fan out. Its layout is in keeping with what VISION aims to do and has already done, i.e. cementing the traditions of Lahores educational institutions of the past but always looking ahead, anticipating change and going forward to meet it.

This university as founded in 1998 as Vision College which later transformed to University. It is the one of the oldest colleges of Pakistan. Vision has a very long tradition of excellence going back to 8 years.

ADMISSION STRATEGY
Admissions to F.A/FSC/ICS/I.COM First year classes will start after declaration of the result of Secondary School 1st, Annual Examination by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. And admissions to B.A/BSC/B.COM will start after declaration of the result of Intermediate Colleges by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. Candidates seeking admissions is required to attach the following attested copies to his/her Admission Form. One attested copy of National Identity Card of Father/Guardian or of the Candidate herself/himself. Original Migration Certificate from a student passing his/her Matriculation or Intermediate Examination from a Board outside the territorial Jurisdiction of the concerned Board.

NOTE
Admission is opened to males and females who will fulfill the required terms and conditions. Admissions will be granted on qualifying written/oral test or both. Dues once deposited are not refundable or transferable.

Rules and regulation


Students must abide by the proctorial rules and regulations by the college from time to time. Breach of the following rules shall render them to disciplanary action such as fine,being struck of from the college roll cards. It is important, therefore , for students to get themselves acquainted with the rules and regulations. Without seeking permission from Principal , no student is allowed to paste , exhibit or distribute any poster leaflet pumphlet in and around the college premises. Any political or immoral activity is strictly prohibited in or around the college premises. Late comers in class room may be marked absent. Private phone calls of students is strictly prohibited within the college premises. A fine of Rs.50 per period and Rs .100 per day will be imposed for absence without proper leave. Leave application should be submitted by the parents to the Class Incharge. If the student does not fulfill the required criterion set by the College Examination Authority , the college athority will reserve all rights detain that student in the same class.

Span of Control
Four teachers work under supervision of one Coordinator related to their subject. All Coordinators gives report to Vice-Principal. Vice -Principal gives report to the Principal.
