HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES QUICK ACCESS TOOL

Quick Access Tool consists of Four Sub-Tools

1. Path imbalance. 2. TA. 3. Interference. 4. RF alarms.

The Password for this tool is qat@123 Currently the tool is enabled for Path imbalance & RF alarms.

QUICK ACCESS TOOL MAIN WINDOW

PRE RUN MACRO

In order to import Excel sheets in the Access we need to convert the raw data from M2000 into simple format. For that use MACRO_RAW sheet given with this tool. NOTE: Please note that the tool will only accept the files in the correct format. Guide for MACRO_RAW Sheet. 1. Open the MACRO_RAW Sheet. 2. Paste the Raw Data in the corresponding sub-sheet e.g for path imbalance paste raw date of the path imbalance stats in the corresponding PIRAW_NEW sub sheet. Go to Developer Tab in your Excel and click on Macro. Then Click the corresponding Macro i.e for Path imbalance RUN the macro named PIRAW_NEW. Similarly for Alarms do the above procedure. Sub Sheet for alarms is Alarms_new. MACRO for Alarms is Alarms_new. 3. Now save the newly created sheet in another Excel workbook. This is the file that will be accepted by Microsoft Access Tool.

MACRO_RAW

1.PATH IMBALANCE
Click on the Path imbalance Button on the main tool window it will open a new window in which there will be Four Buttons. 1. Import (On click imports Excel in Database) , while importing make sure that you select the second Option i.e.append and append the imported file in path imbalance 2. Daily GCell Trend (On click Checks the Path imbalance Trend of the Cells on daily basis) 3. Quick Gcell Select Drop Down box (you can quickly type in the name of the cell to check its trend quickly, the trend will be shown on hourly and daily basis) 4. Back (it will take you back to the main tool window).

2.RF ALARMS
Click the RF Alarms Button on the main tool window as it will open a new window in which you will see Five Buttons. 1. Import (On click imports Excel in Database) , while importing make sure that you select the second Option i.e. append and append the imported file in Alarms. 2. Uncleared Alarms (On click it will show all the uncleared alarms till date including BSS and other Alarms). 3. Uncleared RF Alarms (On click it will show all the uncleared alarms related to RF Department. 4. MO Object Alarm history Drop Down box (you can quickly type in the name of the cell to check its previous alarm history) 5. Back (it will take you back to the main tool window).
