Tracking Our Progress School Improvement Plan 2011-12


Indicator
All staff members are aware of our school s vision and mission and understand their role in realizing the vision & implementing the mission. All staff members are aware of our School Improvement Plan s measureable objectives, strategies and activities and their responsibility for implementation. Appropriate communication about our School Improvement Plan has taken place with stakeholders (district, parents, etc) Staff assignments are made to ensure effective implementation of the school improvement plan. Sufficient resources are allocated and aligned to support implementation of our plan. Regular School Improvement team meetings have been set for the year. School Improvement Plan action steps are reviewed and updated at team meetings. Progress is monitored. Implementation data is collected and reviewed on a regular basis (Planned PD was completed, Staff sign-in sheets, Staff evaluations, Student assessment data, other data generated from implementing activities in your plan) Implementation data is reviewed as you go. Adjustments are made in the School Improvement Plan as needed. Data is being collected for use in writing your next year s School Improvement Plan.
