DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF BUSINESSES SET UP THERE IS A NEED OF TRANSPORTATION OF CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEES FOR MEETINGS FOR BUSINESS PROPOSALS ETC.

ALSO FOR TOURIST WHO WANT TO EXPLORE THE CITY. DUE TO THE GROWING IMPORTANCE OF THE CALL CENTRES, IT CAN ALSO BE USED FOR THE PICK UP AND DROP SERVICES THEY PROVIDE. BUT OUR MAIN REASON TO START THE COMPANY IS TO COMPETE WITH THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND GIVE THE PUBLIC A MORE ECONOMIC AND LUXURIOUS WAY OF TRAVELLING THE CITY. THESE SERVICES CAN ALSO BE USED FOR SPECIAL OCCASSIONS LIKE WEDDINGS ETC.

WHAT WE PROVIDE IS SERVICES THAT THE PUBLIC CAN ENJOY AT A REASONABLE PRICE. SERVICES OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT. OPUR MAIN CRITERIA IS TO CMPETE WITH AUTO RICKSHAWS, CABS AND COOL CABS. THE PROBLEMS THAT ARISE DUE TO FAULTY METERS, PRICE HIKES, STRIKES OF TAXIS AND AUTOS WILL ALL BE SOLVED BY THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE.

ADVERTISMENT: ADVERTISING THE COMPANY IN MAGAZINES, NEWSPAPERS, TELEVISION, RADIO, HOARDINGS ALL OVER THE CITY ETC. -50 LAKHS PURCHASE OF CARS: WE WILL PURCHASE CARS IN THE PRICE RANGE OF 3 TO 5 LAKHS WE WILL USE 5 CRORES ON THIS.THUS WE WILL BE ABLE TO PURCHASE AROUND 110 CARS. MAINTENANCE: AROUND 1 CRORE WILL BE USED IN THE MAINTENANCE OF THE CARS AND FOR FUELING THEM WTH CNG. THIS ALSO MEANS THAT WE ARE ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY.THE OTHER EXPENSES OF FUEL WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF FROM THEPROFITS EARNED. INSURANCE: ALL THE CARS WILL BE INSURED FOR AROUND 1 CRORE LABOUR: ANOTHER 50 LAKHS WILL BE SPENT ON THE SALARIES OF THE DRIVERS AND THE MECHANICS. THERE ARE 50 DRIVERS AND 20 MECHANICS WORKING IN THE COMPANT.

THE RATES OF THE CARS RENTED DEPEND UPON THE CAR RENTED. IN CASE OF THE REGULAR CARS THE AVBOVE RATES APPLY. WE ALSO HAVE MEMBERSHIP AND DISCOUNTS AND LOYALTY DISCOUNTS THE USE OF THE NEW E-METERS SO THAT THE CUSTOMERS ARENT CHEATED. AS WE NOTICE FROM THE TABLE ABOVE THE FARES ARE VERY WELL PRICED TO COMPETE WITH ALL. ITS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN THE AUTO RICKSHAWS BUT IT PROVIDES AC AND IT CAN SEAT MORE PEOPLE. THERE IS ALSO A SHARING SERVICE AVAILABLE. IT PRICED LOWER THAN BOTH THE COOL CABS AND THE TAXIS AND IT GIVES BETTER FACILITIES LIKE AIR CONDITION AND COMFORT IT ALSO PROVIDES MEMBERSHIP TO THE CUTOMERS WHO WANT TO TRAVEL BY OUR CARS.

The targeted market is the common public. People who are facing problems because of the price hikes and the faulty meters. It also targets the businessmen for transportation services mainly client meetings etc. It is also used to meet the needs of the others who want vehicles for touring the city.

It will be located in Kalina only cause the price of renting an office is cheap and its location is good. Its close to both the domestic and international airport and it is also evenly placed when it comes to the two main stations like Kurla and Santacruz. It has another advantage i.e. it can meet the needs of the customers on both the central and the western line.

The use of mobile phones to communicate to the drivers in case of any problems, any breakdowns, accidents etc. The customers will also be given a number incase they have any problem with the services provided with the driver or the company as whole. Information about the driver will be mentioned on a broucher in the car and the driver will have to carry an identity card.

Strengths: the strengths of our company will be that we are the first company providing public transport at such a low rate. To add to that we are not only providing services that the other companies are providing we are also providing public transport, car renting services etc. Weaknesses: the weaknesses are that there is a lot of competition in the market already and the are already at a position far ahead as compared to us. To reach their level will take both time and a lot of financing.

Opportunities; the opportunities for our company is that there are a lot of problems going on with the auto rickshaw and taxi fares and meters and cause of the low price we can enter the market and do well. Threaths ; the main threats are bankruptcy, competitors, and new entrants.

We conclude our presentation saying that we need to come up with smarter ideas to satisfy the consumers. Remember products are meant to be sold and services will be used by the consumer it only depend on what we do and how we do it. The proper marketing of the services and the right treatment of the customers is more important.
