IMITATIVE INTENSIVE RESPONSIVE

INTERACTIVE
EXTENSIVE

IMITATIVE
The ability to imitate a word or phrase or possibly a sentence. Example: Word repetition Task phone pass

INTENSIVE
The production of short stretches of oral language designed to demonstrate competence in a narrow band of grammatical, phrasal, lexical or phonological relationship. Example: Directed response tasks Reading aloud Sentence and dialogue completion Limited picture cued tasks

RESPONSIVE
The interaction and test comprehension of very short conversation, standard greetings and small talk, simple request and comments, and the like.

INTERACTIVE
The interaction and test comprehension in long conversation include multiple participants. Two form of interactive: Transactional Interpersonal

EXTENSIVE
Speeches, oral presentation, and story telling.

Word Repetition Task
