    Hess Corporation

    PJ Mechanical in NYC has recently worked on a multimillion dollar renovation project of 6th Avenue offices of Hess Corporation. This project entailed interior work on three floors of building, and the installation of 306-ton secondary chilled water system, a heat exchanger, a pumping system, and DDC controls.

    The Setai Fifth Avenue

    Additionally, PJ Mechanical in NYC also worked on the Setai Fifth Avenue and completed its interior work. The Setai Fifth Avenue is a luxury hotel located in Manhattan, with over 60 stories. While working on this project, the firm installed a state-ofthe-art HVAC system for more than two hundred guest rooms and luxury apartments.

    Bank Of America Corporate Office Tower

    In a Green project, the firm is working on 14 million dollars endeavor for the Bank of American Corporation office tower. This project includes the installation of advanced under-floor air distribution system utilizing the most sophisticated energysaving technology. Some other eco-friendly projects completed by PJ Mechanical are Yankee Stadium, WNYC and Citigroup Inc.

    Gotham Center Project

    Recently, PJ Mechanical in NYC completed Gotham Center Project which entailed the implementation of advanced Green technologies. Gotham Center is a 21-story office tower located in Long Island City and will receive LEED certificates for interior work, and work on its core and shell. Aside from that, PJ Mechanical has also met LEED standards at the new World Trade Center site in a data center project for Moodys Corporation.
