LESSONS LEARNED
PROJECTS: LED VENDORS SHELTER
I have leant conflict management and management of change. Negotiating with people for things that benefit them. The very same people who are being assisted do not want to move to new and healthy site , they want to remain the old dirty and risky site. The benefiting group became divided over the project, but eventually the project was successful and is now in full operation.
