Apple is committed to bringing the best personal computing experience to students, educators, creative professionals and consumers around the World through its innovative hardware, software and internet offerings.

OBJECTIVE:
To collect information about apple products and satisfaction level of its products.

To seek the views of different users of different companies about their satisfaction level. To analyze the strategy used by apple computers and its products.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:
INSTRUMENTS : Questionnaire, Primary and Secondary Data. PRIMARY DATA : In the Form of Raw Data. SECONDARY DATA : Collected from Internet & Library.

QUESTIONNAIRE SAMPLE SIZE : Sample Size is 150.


AGE GROUP : 20 to 30 Years. PROFILE : Students and Employees.

- CONCLUSION: It shows that the half of the users of iPods, mobiles, laptops and PC,s use Apple products once in a week. This is because of availability of Apple products among the users and advancement of technology of apple products.

Overall, users are how much satisfied with apple products?

CONCLUSION: It shows that the most of the users of all apple


products i.e. iPods, laptops, PCs and mobiles are either very satisfied or satisfied . This is because apple always focus on consumer satisfaction. They know what their customer want and how they should timely improve their technology.

CONCLUSION: It shows that there are very less unsatisfied users of apple products. Users who are using apple products are either very satisfied or satisfied or neutral.

This is because of technology provided by apple products.


Apple always follow their mission statement i.e. they are committed to best personal computing experience to their users.

CONCLUSION:
More than 60 % users think that apple is much better than other companies products. It shows that quality of Apple products are much better than the other companies products . This is because technology of apple products is much advance than other products, user interface is very effective in apple products, comparative and competitive advantage in apple products is much better than other companies products.

CONCLUSION:
1). To survive in the cut throat competition Apple must take maximum efforts to keep the customer satisfied. 2). Customer retention is very important and Apple Computers is lacking somewhere.

3). Apple is the most popular and widely used brand by the
people.

RECOMMENDATION:
Choose the products based on individual needs. Always be unique and different. Continuous innovation to expand .

More number of retail stores for easy access.

LIMITATIONS:
The survey covers only a small percentage of the total

population from the hardware and software users. The major obstacles with which I had crop up was limitation of time and entire study has been completed in a short time span of 55 days ( in near about two months time). Although every care has been taken to make sure that the research is accurate to the highest degree but still a slight possibility of errors cannot be ruled out.
