The conception of business germinated from their vision which sees it as a means to the well being of the investors, stakeholders, employees and members of the society at large by creating new wealth in the form of goods and services that go to satisfy the wants of all of them without disturbing or damaging the socio-ecological-economic balance of the Mother Earth and the process of human civilization leading to peaceful Coexistence of all the living beings.

The companys operations are carried out on an aggregate basis and are managed as a single operating segment. Accordingly the company operates in one segment of developing manufacturing and marketing of Denim wares for human as industrial use.

Planning and Decision Making:


Planning and Decision Making is the first step of

the managerial function. Planning is setting an organizations goal and deciding the best to achieve them. Beximco Denim has an expanded market plan to serve the market. Decision making is selecting the path of an action from a set of alternatives. The Chief Executive Officer and the Chief of Development department and others department makes decision for companys action and also for own department.

Organizing:
Organizational is very essential for archiving organizational goal. Organizing involves determining how activities and resources are to be grouped. Beximco Denim Ltd. organizes their worker in the basis of their field. Beximco Denim Ltd. Maintain a well organizing function. All the departments are well communicating with others. Every department share information with other departments.

Leading:
Leading is the most challenging of all
managerial work. The manager lead his employees in basis of worker attitude. Reward power such as salary increases, bonuses, promotion and interesting job

assignments etc. are the leading activities


of Beximco Denim Ltd.

Controlling:
This is a important parts of any managerial function. The regulation of organizational activities that same targeted elements of performance remains within acceptable limits. Monitoring the

organizational progress towards its goal is controlling. Beximco Denim has its own controlling Department. In Beximco Denim Ltd. each departments managers also play a controller role. In this time human resource department also play in controlling.

Ethical and Social responsibilities:


Beximco Denims Limited always abides by the instructions of the Environment Conservation Rules of the country and maintains the environment friendly atmosphere within the factory area. Necessary plantation, treatment, control measures etc. are always ensured in a proper manner as per the guidelines of the competent authority.

Finding at a Glance
Beximco Denims Limited is a well known company. Here employees are getting a chance to improve there position by work hard. If worker shows good job the company give him a reward. So, they like to follow Theory Y and improve there position.

Conclusion and Further Recommendation


Beximco Denims Limited maintains its position as a leader in innovative fabrics and designs among the best known brands and retailers worldwide. The companys leading customers sees them as more than a supplier of fabrics and considers them as an important strategic partner in the value chain. The company will look towards further strengthening the alliance and continue to invigorate their research and development activities, focus more on operational excellence to remain competitive in the changing market scenario.
