Organizational is very essential for archiving organizational goal. Organizing involves determining how activities and resources are to be grouped. Beximco Denim Ltd. organizes their worker in the basis of their field. Beximco Denim Ltd. Maintain a well organizing function. All the departments are well communicating with others. This is a important parts of any managerial function. The regulation of organizational activities that same targeted elements of performance remains within acceptable limits. Monitoring the
organizational progress towards its goal is controlling. Beximco Denim has its own controlling Department. In Beximco Denim Ltd. each departments managers also play a controller role. In this time human resource department also play in controlling.
