Logging in SAP System

2.Double click on P70(rel) for log In screen

1.Check client 2.Type User ID 470 3.Type Password.( initially it is 123456)

Enter /Click button .This will give small pop up screen. To change the Password as per you type your password In the popup screen your new password will be saved for next log ins. Periodically SAP will ask you to change your Password.

6. Click to save 1.Enter description of defect 4. Select Equipment 2.Enter Priority 5. Change default Planner group & work Center. (if required at all). 3.Enter Effect

Menu Path : Logistics>Plant Maintenance>Maintenance Processing > Notification>Create Special>Malfunction Report (IW24)

Click the execute icon once selection criteria is made. Different selection options to select the list of equipment.

Select the notification and click the button / double click

Change notification : Problem Details

3. Click to save. 1. Click the problem Details Tab 2. Select Object Part, Damage, Causes & Activity Codes.
