Step 1: Review the IEP and the current goals set for the quarter Step 2: Configure COLORS Program using default settings based on the current ongoing activities in the class room where student is already familiar with the subject and need reinforcement. Step 3: Monitor Test Run for four weeks with flexible schedule of 30 minutes per student. The goal in the Test Run is to make users familiar with the system Step 4: Based on the behavior and response, customize the settings to get optimum result Step 5: Develop IIPA (Individualized Interest and Preference Analysis) & IIPP (Individualized Interest and Preference Plan) Step 6: Using IIPP, configure COLORS program for individualized intervention using developed optimum model. Ongoing: Run revised Intervention for 30 minutes at school at home for extended intense intervention
