A Systematic Study of the actions and reactions of Individuals, groups and Subsystem.
People : Consists of Individual, Employees, groups and teams who have to get the work done as well as those outside the organization like customers and government Officials. Technology : Is the Mechanism through which raw materials are converted to finished products Structure : Refers to workplace in terms of Job positions Process : The way things are done. Job : Is the sum total of Individual assignment at the work place. Tasks : Are the various activities that needs to be performed to get the job done.
