Introduction
Definition
communication is a two way process that requires both a speaker and a listener.
( It is most effective when the sender of a message has good speaking skills and the receiver has good listening skills) Oral communication includes discussion, speeches, presentations, interpersonal communication and many other varieties.

Interpersonal Communication
This involves the sounding of our inner world, the communication in and to itself. It can take the form of direct and indirect and it has multiples targets:
