Introduction RC951E-4FEE1
Raisecom RC951E-4FEE1 is Raisecom's intelligent Ethernet Demarcation Device (EDD) with E1 uplink. RC951E-4FEE1 offers 4 FE downlink ports and 1 E1 uplink. The device can be either deployed in a point to point topology, or in a point to multi-point topology as CPEs. Raisecom EDD is not only capable of doing what a layer-2 switch is capable of on Ethernet switching, but is inherently good at network diagnostices as a device working on the border. Apart from local CLI management, RC951E-4FEE1 is also available with inband web-based management.

GFP encapsulation mode Client 1-4 correspond to FE port 1,2,3,4 Line 1 corresponds to inner switch port aggregate traffics from FE port 1, 2, 3, 4. It work under trunk mode . Data traffics using VLAN 110. Make sure the E1 are contained in the VCG Remotely manage RC953-4FE8E1 by telnet from central management sever PC Configure IP address 192.168.1.12/24 and 192.168.1.11/24 and VLAN ID 100. Line 1 trunk allows VLAN 100 to pass as well as other VLANs of traffics.
