Jurgens athletes use: the gym (working on fitness and strength) Outdoor tracks (for fitness) Physiotherapy (for treating injuries and preventing others) Sport psychology (for players feeling down on their injuries and other mental problems) Does it help performance? The athletes wouldn't be as good as they are now if they didn't have the physio and sports science support services, this is because this type of support helps the players recover and prevent themselves from injuries and injuries are the one thing you need to avoid when playing sport. In general bath university provide absolutely outstanding services, support and facilities for

their players. All the players are guaranteed to feel comfortable knowing that they have the facilities and support for them to use at their own will. Having the correct facilities and support really befits towards the players performance/abilities.
In my opinion the physio and sports science support is the best service thats is offered to players, without the support of physio, sports massage, psychology the players wouldnt be able to recover from injuries as quick and efficient. This is a strong sector the bath university has. So in conclusion bath university do exceptionally well in offering their badminton players the right services and facilities that they require.
