Coming from a finance and professional sales background, Landers understands the importance of return on investment, customer service and support to building a successful business. As founder and Managing Partner of High Point Development, James Landers is involved with all aspects of development from planning and architectural design to construction and marketing.
James Landers has focused his attention on bringing his customers the highest quality of products in superior locations. In the down economy, he has added new avenues of business including property management and debt advising to the company’s service portfolio. In 2009, he advised numerous asset owners, banks and developers through complex finance work-outs throughout the state of Florida.
Outside of his business ventures, he created the Landers Youth Foundation, a nonprofit organization that seeks to support the needs of youths from low-income backgrounds in St. Petersburg, Florida. So far, the organization has helped numerous youths through direct financial support, mentoring, and tutoring. He has dedicated 400 hours per year of his time to working with these young men and women.
