She is the author of the book Herbal Rituals and has written numerous articles on incorporating herbal allies into one’s life. She teaches yoga, practices as a physician assistant in the area of pain management, and uses her medical background with decades of experience as a practicing herbalist in service of clients and patients interested in integrative care. She continues to spend much of her free time in the mountains and fields of New York State, receiving and learning more about the gifts of the plant world.
