Having only the Internet to rely on, I started writing stories for online readers and joined multiple online writing communities. This way, I quenched my long desire to write my own novel, but I couldn’t help but want something more. I wanted to develop my own characters, intricate plots, and unique sentence structures. In other words, I wanted to write a full novel that could be shared with not only my online readers but also others around the world.
For almost a year, I found myself sitting in front of my computer with an open Word document, typing away all the words that were whizzing in my head. I was sucked into the world I had created in my story! My fingers were tingling and my mind wouldn’t stop sprouting new twists and turns—I had never felt so excited in my life before. For the first time ever, I was doing something I truly enjoyed.
Ambitious and determined to accomplish my goal of writing a novel, I battled through the obstacles life was throwing at me, such as writer’s block, homework, and personal issues. It has been a tough but wild (in a good way) journey!vizualizați mai puține
