Cynthia's experience in environmental safety and her responsibilities for training, administering and auditing environmental health and safety programs so that the programs really work provides both the 50,000 feet view and the on-the-ground "how people behave" perspectives that contribute to effective and successful plans. Cynthia is an adjunct faculty member at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and a graduate of its' Masters of Science in Emergency Management.
