Residing in beautiful Mountain Home, Arkansas, and enjoying a happy marriage with my wife Shirley, for 58 years and counting. Deborah Ann Harter-Co-Author. Born in Chicago, IL., resides in North Port, Florida, with her husband Joe, and Emmie, their Chihuahua. She's the mother of two sons and now grandmother of three.
