your heart. Our heart can let us know if we are fighting off infections, illness or injury. Keeping
your heart rate low at rest will help prevent heart disease.

The best time to measure your heart rate is in the morning while you are still in bed. To
calculate your resting heart rate is the number of pulses that you count in a minute. Or you can
