corelaii/ coro+orate cu rezultatele altor studii realizate la nivel european/ ne conduc la
concluzia ca e1ist o relaie direct ntre dezechili+rul dintre efortul depus "i recompensa
primit n cadrul organizaiei "i eventualele simptome de stres ale indivizilor.
