Consideraii generale

COURI DE FUM CU PERETE DIN OEL INOXIDABIL MARCA AISI 316 L

n scopul satisfacerii cerinelor pieei, n special cele legate de sectorul de restaurare a cldirilor,am nceput fabricaia courilor de fum cu un singur perete. Aceste couri de fum sunt realizate n mod standard din oel inox AISI 316 L. Pentru diametre cuprinse ntre 80 i 300 mm se utilizeaz tabl cu grosime de 0,5 mm, iar pentru cele cuprinse ntre 350 i 800 mm se utilizeaz tabl de 0,6 mm. La cerere, pot fi livrate i couri cu grosimi de 1mm ct i din oel inoxidabil AISI 304.

SINGLE WALLED PIPES IN STAINLESS STEEL AISI 316 L

In order to satisfy all market requirements it was set up the single walled pipe mainly related to the restoring sector. This is one of the reasons why all the pipes are built by using high quality steels such as stainless steel AlSI 316 L with a thickness of 0.5 mm for diameters between 80mm and 300 mm and a thickness of 0.6 mm for diameters between 350 mm and 800 mm. On request we can supply also 1mm thickness pipes and AISI 314, too.

Consideraii generale

INSTRUCIUNI GENERALE I SUGESTII PENTRU ASAMBLARE

Contrar courilor industriale cu perei dubli, la asamblarea courilor cu perete simplu trebuie ca, ntotdeauna mufa de legatur de tip mam s fie n jos, astfel nct orice fel de condens posibil sau ploaia s nu poat ptrund n peretele exterior. Orice racordare va trebui s fie asigurat cu ajutorul unui colier de strngere iar pentru o mai bun etaneitate este preferabil s se insereze o garnitur de etanare, innd cont de poziionarea corect a acesteia. Suportul de perete trebuie utilizat la baza burlanului i va asigura susinerea courilor cu seciuni de pn la 10 metri. Pentru seciuni mai mari este necesar s se utilizeze un alt suport de perete. Consola de perete se utilizeaz n cazul de fa pentru fixarea i pstrarea rectiliniaritii coului i nu are rol de suport. Problemele i cererile de orice fel pot fi discutate cu departamentul tehnic.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS AND SUGGESTIONS FOR FITTING

Unlike double wall flues, pipes must always be fitted with the female clutch facing upwards so that any possible condensate or rain does not go out into the external wall. Every joint will have to be secured with a locking band and for a tighter seal it/s better to insert a gasket keeping in mind its correct positioning. The wall support rest must be used at the base ot the pipe and it provides support to pipe sections of up to 10 meters. For longer sections it is necessary to use another wall support. The wall bracket is used here to brace and to keep the pipe straight, they are not meant for support.

CONSIDERAII GENERALE
Aceste couri sunt proiectate n conformitate cu cele mai moderne tehnologii i sunt construite prin utilizarea unor maini cu tehnologie avansat, astfel nct produsul este deosebit de sigur n exploatare i perfect etan pentru gaz i ap. Aceste standarde sunt garantate o dat n plus i prin garniturile din silicon care trebuie inserate la mbinrile dintre diferitele piese componente. Garniturile din silicon sunt garantate s reziste la temperaturi ridicate i la procesul de mbtrnire. Lipiturile longitudinale s-au fcut prin turnarea marginilor astfel nct courile s arate ca i cum ar fi fost realizate prin extruziune. Colierul de strngere mpreun cu mufele i garniturile de etanare garanteaz etaneitatea perfect a pieselor componente. Acest tip de couri este recomandat n special pentru fumul de la buctrie, pentru schimbul de aer i pentru toate acele aplicaii unde temperatura fluidului nu depete 150C. Chiar dac aceste couri pot fi supuse unor temperaturi de 300 400C, niciodat nu este recomandat utilizarea acestora pentru montaje exterioare i pentru evacuarea fumului produs prin ardere. n unele situaii deosebite se pot utiliza couri cu perete simplu i pentru evacuarea fumului aa cum este cazul sectorului de restaurare a cldirilor vechi. La courile industriale sunt ntotdeauna recomandate a fi utilizate unele dispozitive, dup cum urmeaz: interpunerea unor module telescopice ntre modulele lineare n scopul absorbiei expansiunilor posibile care, pe termen lung, ar putea deteriora ntreaga structur prin montarea/demontarea modulelor, cu consecine nedorite. n sectorul de restructurare, chiar dac interstiiul de aer dintre vechiul co de crmid i coul de oel ar putea constitui o izolaie suficient, ntotdeauna este mult mai eficient s se utilizeze vat mineral sau argil care s determine pe ct posibil dispersia cldurii, s mbunteasc tirajul i s reduc consumul de combustibil, risipa de energie i poluarea atmosferic.

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
These pipes are designed according to the most modern technologies and they are built by using high technology machines, therefore the product is very reliable and perfectly gas and water tight. These standards are furthermore guaranteed by silicone gaskets which must be inserted in the joints between the different parts. These gaskets are guaranteed to withstand high temperatures and the ageing process. The longitudinal soldering is carried out by founding the edges so that the pipes are presented as if they have been made through extrusion. The depth of the clutches and the tight joints as well as the locking band, guarantee a perfect seal of the parts. This type of pipe is particularly suitable for kitchen smoke, for air change and for all those applications where the fluid temperature is not higher than 150C. Even if these pipes can be subjected to 300 400C temperatures, it is never advisable to use them for external fitting and for the evacuation of smoke produced by combustion. If you must, for unavoidable reasons, use single walled pipes to evacuate smoke, as in the case of restoring old sector. Flues it is always advisable to use some device such as: to interpose some telescopic modules between the linear modules, in order to absorb possible expansions which could, in the long run, jeopardise the whole structure by causing the withdrawal of the modules with obvious consequences. In the restoring sector, even if the air interspace between the old tile chimney and the steel pipe could be a sufficient insulation, it is always more effective to use some mineral wool and some foam clay in order to contain heat dispersion as much as possible, to improve draught and to reduce fuel consumption, energy waste and atmospheric pollution.

Garnitura de etanare din silicon trebuie inserat n piesa cu muf tip mam a fiecrui element, atunci cnd este necesar o etaneitate perfect pentru ap i gaz. Aceast garnitur rezist la temperaturi de pn la 220C.
