Viaa nu trebuie s fie o lupt, i nu trebuie s fie plin de suferin,
i nu trebuie s sngerezi pentru a obine ceea ce-i doreti.
A schimba centrul de greutate al realitii tale din exterior n interior
face ca oamenii pe care i ntlneti, situaiile, contextele s devin
interioare.
Ele se schimb atunci cnd TU te schimbi. Este aceasta o lupt?
Cu adevrat, a face aceast schimbare necesit ncredere n tine
nsui, iar aceast ncredere n Sine aduce ncrederea n Realitate.
Din nefericire pentru unii, NIMENI nu-i poate da ncredere n tine
nsui, dect tu.
Nici un maestru, nici o doctrin, nici o practic spiritual alta dect
cultivarea strii de Prezen.

n primul rnd renun s mai caute adevrul n orice punct din
exteriorul lor.
Au percepia subtil a Adevrului care se ascunde n spatele oricrei
vechi doctrine mistice, astfel c i cultiv intuiia c, ntr-un fel sau
altul, toate instrumentele potrivite acestui proces sunt deja prezente
n adncul lor.
Simt c nu au nevoie de nici un maestru exterior, de nici o tehnic
special, de nici un ritual anume, simt c obiectele, crile,
simbolurile au devenit inutile i c, n sfrit, trebuie s mizeze pe
propria lor putere interioar de a schimba perspectiva asupra lumii.
Cum s-ar spune, n limbajul Ervin Laszlo (Experiena Akashik),
sunt n pragul unei schimbri fundamentale de paradigm.
Esena acestei schimbri de viziune este aceea c nu se mai
consider rtcii ntr-o lume exterioar ale crei reguli le dicteaz
viaa, ci consider exteriorul ca fiind o extensie sau o reflexie a
spaiului lor luntric. Ei neleg intuitiv c nu e nevoie s mai lupte
pentru a schimba contextul vieii lor, i c aceast schimbare
survine ca urmare schimbrilor interioare.
Aceti oameni ncep s perceap c ei sunt adevraii stpni ai

vieii lor, c nimic nu depinde de altcineva dect de contiena i

alegerile lor. Christos i orice alt nivel de contiin transpersonal
nu mai este coninut de nici o imagerie din afara lor, ci devine o
trire, o experien direct. Cu alte cuvinte, aceti oameni capt un
centru, un punct de articulare al corpului lor de contiin.
Toate dimensiunile fiinei lor capt coeren odat cu dobndirea
acestui centru.

n primul rnd este ceea ce numim Prezena.
Starea de Prezen este o stare de contiin n care mintea este
linitit iar percepia realitii este n modul a simi mai curnd
dect a gndi realitatea.
Este o stare de recepie a realitii, de acuitate a simurilor,
centrat n corporalitate.
Cu alte cuvinte, ntreaga atenie este nluntru, pe senzaiile
luntrice.
n aceast stare splendid a fiinei, pare c realitatea exterioar
curge n interior fr nici o greutate, iar intuiiile asupra acesteia
sunt extrem de rapide i de coerente.
Intuim situaii, oameni, contexte i dobndim asupra lucrurilor un fel
de cunoatere care nu are legtur cu analiza mental.
Este o cunoatere adnc i extrem de rapid care permite
aciunilor pe care le alegem n dimensiunea liniar s aib o
eficien, o precizie i o vitez de nevisat pentru cei aflai n modul

Aciunea care curge din Prezen
De remarcat faptul c starea de Prezen nu are nimic de-a face, aa

cum cred marea majoritate a oamenilor, cu starea de legum

inactiv, impotent, cu absena din spaiul orizontal.
Ba dimpotriv. Este o stare a aciunii pornit din centru, din punctul
Zero al fiinei.
Nu mai e nevoie de calcule nesfrite ale unei situaii, de
probabiliti, de strategii mentale pentru a rezolva o situaie, cci
intuiia acesteia survine izbucnind n contien din spaiul interior.
Pur i simplu tii clar ce ai de fcut i simi adevrul despre diferitele
situaii.
De asemeni n aceast stare nu este vorba despre a nu gndi. dar
gndirea folosete exact la scopul pentru care a fost creat: pentru a
aduce n dimensiunea orizontal, n ncarnare, idei, revelaii,
proiecte care i au origine n spaiile mai rarefiate ale contiinei.
Spaiul mental, linitit, eficace, clar, nebulversat de gndirea
compulsiv i de emoiile care o nsoesc, are o uluitoare eficien n
a-i duce la bun sfrit sarcinile.(H.T)
Alegei lucrurile, oamenii, situaiile n care simii Bucuria:)
Nu ncercai niciodat s forai Bucuria. Nu funcioneaz!
Ea poate aprea spontan n momente neateptate, n care spaiul

intermediul strii de Prezen.
Privii oamenii din jurul vostru i evaluai cu inima ct bucurie

Bucuria autentic iradiaz ntr-un fel de nerostit i indic
ntotdeauna trirea spiritual a naturii profunde a Fiinei.
Privii-v, psihologul, preotul, maestrul de reiki din perspectiva
Bucuriei. vei afla repede ct de mult Adevr triete el n adncul
su.
Bucuria nu obosete, nu se tocete i nu este limitat, pur i simplu
pentru c este natura nsi a Existenei.
Sufletul vostru nu sufer niciodat, cci nu se identific cu
experiena voastr uman, cu rolurile, aspectele, emoiile i mai ales

cu gndirea voastr.
Sufletul este ntotdeauna senin i clar, contient i prezent.
Bucuria curge din el precum curge lumina din soare.

have no likes or dislikes after your surrender; your will should
