WILL VS SHALL

We use:
WILL
Will you? to make a request; that is, to ask someone to do something for us:
Will you open the door for me, please? (= Can you open the door for me, please?)

Wont to show that someone is unwilling or refuses to do something:

Ive talked to Sue about her decision to leave, but she wont listen. (= Sue refuses to listen.)

SHALL

Shall I/we ?
a. to make an offer:

Shall I give you a hand with those bags? (= Do you want me to give you a hand with those

bags?)
b. to make a suggestion:
Shall we wait until the rain stops? (= Why dont we wait until the rain stops?)

c. to ask for suggestions or instructions:

What shall I do with all these letters? Put them on my desk. (= What do you want me to do

with all these letters?)
