 INTRODUCERE

La sfritul anilor '90, Eximprod livra primul su izolator compozit de 110 kV, la vremea aceea un
produs de import. Astfel marcam intrarea noastr pe o nou pia, cea de nalt tensiune. La
scurt timp de la acest eveniment, Eximprod a devenit primul productor de izolatoare compozite
din Romnia, pentru tensiuni ce urc pn la 400 kV.

Astzi avem o experien de 18 ani n producerea de echipamente i materiale, ca i n

implementarea unor complexe proiecte la cheie, astfel nct gama noastr de produse i servicii

 INTRODUCTION

At the end of the '90s, Eximprod delivered the rst 110 kV composite insulator, at that time an
imported product. Thus, we started our high voltage business. Shortly after this, Eximprod
became the rst Romanian manufacturer of composite insulators for voltages up to 400 kV.

Today we have 18 years experience in high voltage sector, as a producer of materials and
equipment, as well as complex turn-key contractor so that our range of products and services

 Soluii moderne de consolidare a structurilor de beton
din staii i linii electrice folosind beton textil

Prezenta tehnologie s-a dezvoltat n urma derulrii unui contract de cercetare ncheiat cu
TUDAG/Deutschen Zentrum Textilbeton (German Centre for Textile Reinforced Concrete),
reprezentat de Dl. Ammar Al-Jamous (Dipl.-Ing.), CEO of the German Centre for Textile
Reinforced, Universitatea de Construcii din DRESDA, Germania, care deine brevetul cu
nr. 302008014750.4, nregistrat la Registrul German pentru Brevete i Mrci.

Tehnologia propus reprezint o alternativ la nlocuirea cu structuri din metal a structurilor

din beton armat montate n reelele electrice.

This technology was developed after the completion of a

research contract with TUDAG / Deutschen Zentrum
Textilbeton (German Centre for Textile Reinforced
Concrete), represented by Mr. Ammar Al-Jamous (Dipl.-
Ing.), CEO of the German Centre for Textile Reinforced
University Building in Dresden, Germany, which holds
the patent no. 302008014750.4, registered at the
German Patent and Trade Mark Registry.

The proposed technology is an alternative to replacing

the metal structures of reinforced concrete structures
installed in electric networks.

 Modern solutions to strengthen concrete structures of
electric stations and power lines using concrete textile

Avantaje:
valorile parametrilor mecanici ai structurilor din beton armat reparate/ntrite,
aplicnd tehnologia cu beton textil, depesc cu peste 40% parametrii mecanici
iniiali ai structurilor existente;
o economie semnicativ de timp i costuri comparativ cu soluia clasic de ntrire a
structurilor din beton existente cu structuri metalice i fundaie din beton;
evitarea utilizrii componentelor din oel la exterior i, n consecin, riscuri minime de
apariie a coroziunii i cheltuieli reduse de mentenan;
durat redus de indisponibilitate a echipamentelor (o parte din lucrri se pot executa cu
instalaiile n funciune cu respectarea distanei de apropiere fa de prile din instalaii
aate sub tensiune);
implementarea tehnologiei nu presupune obinerea de avize i acorduri;
durata de via a structurilor dup reparaii se prelungete cu 30 de ani n
condiiile exploatrii normale cu solicitri n limita valorilor avute n calcul la
proiectarea unei linii noi.
