REGULAMENT DE EXAMINARE
1) La sesiunile organizate pentru examinarea teoretică,
solicitanţii au următoarele obligaţii:
a. să se prezinte cu 15 de minute înainte de începerea
sesiunii de examinare programată la ora şi în locul
stabilit pentru aceasta, având o ţinută vestimentară
decentă;
b. să prezinte secretarului comisiei de examinare
documentele nominale de calificare şi / sau de identitate
(CI / paşaport / carnet de conducere, etc.);
c. să depoziteze obiectele personale, bagajele şi hainele
în spaţiul / locul indicat de examinator / supraveghetor;
d. să ţină telefoanele mobile închise şi depozitate în
spaţiul / loc indicat de către examinator / supraveghetor
pe tot parcursul examinării;
e. să nu intre în sala de examinare cu înscrisuri
ajutătoare, dicţionare, manuale, orice mijloc electronic
de stocare a informaţiei, echipamente tehnice de
înregistrare audio / video sau cu orice fel de alte obiecte
care ar putea fi utilizate pentru rezolvarea subiectelor
f. să nu coopereze sau să poarte discuţii cu alţi
solicitanţi pentru rezolvarea subiectelor de examinare;
g. este interzisă utilizarea calculatorului PC în scopul
efectuării altor tipuri de operaţiuni decât cele permise de
aplicaţie (de ex.: schimbarea aplicaţiei, copierea,
salvarea informaţiei de pe PC, etc.) acesta fiind utilizat
exclusiv pentru susţinerea examenelor teoretice
h. să nu facă niciun fel de însemnări pe testele de
examinare care au ataşate formulare de răspuns sau pe
anexele testelor de examinare;
i. în cazul în care un candidat dorește să se adreseze
supraveghetorului, candidatul va rămâne așezat și va
ridica mâna
j. toate documentele puse la dispoziţie de către
supraveghetor în timpul sesiunii de examinare vor fi
înapoiate supraveghetorului la finalul fiecărui examen în
parte;
2) Încălcarea prevederilor menţionate la punctul (1)
literele e); f); g); h) va duce la descalificarea
candidatului de la sesiunea de examinare respectivă şi
la anulare tuturor examenelor susţinute până în acel
moment. Candidatul va fi admis la o nouă examinare
după minimum 12 luni de la data finalizării sesiunii de
examinare de la care a fost descalificat. Pentru a fi
admis la o nouă sesiune candidatul va plăti integral
tarifele în vigoare.
3) Încălcările prevăzute la punctul (1) literele c); d); e); f)
g) h) vor fi comunicate preşedintelui comisiei de
examinare.

EXAMINATION RULES
1) Rules for candidates at theoretical examination
sittings:
a. arrive 15 minutes before the start of the scheduled
test sitting dressed accordingly;
b. show the identification documents (CI – identity
card / passport / driving license, etc.) to the secretary
of the examination committee;
c. store all personal belongings, luggage and clothing
in the spaces indicated by the examiner or invigilator;
d. shut off all mobile phones and electronic devices
and store them in the spaces indicated by the
examiner / invigilator during the examination;
e. do not enter the examination room with documents,
dictionaries, manuals, any electronic means of storing
information, audio / video recording equipment or any
other objects that could be used in the process of
examination;
f. do not to cooperate or speak with other candidates
during the examination;
g. do not use the PC (personal computer) for other
types of operations than the ones allowed by the
application (eg: changing the application, copying,
saving information from the PC, etc.). The PC is used
exclusively for the theoretical examination;
h. do not make any notes on the examination tests
that have attached answer forms or on the annexes of
the examination tests;
i. if a candidate wishes to address the invigilator, the
candidate must remain seated and raise his hand;
j. all documents made available by the invigilator
during the examination session will be returned to the
invigilator at the end of each individual examination.
2) Not complying with the provisions mentioned in
point (1) (e); f); g); h) will lead to the disqualification of
the candidate from the respective examination sitting
and to the cancellation of all examinations taken up to
that moment. The candidate will be admitted to a new
examination after at least 12 months from the end of
the examination sitting from which he was disqualified.
In order to be admitted to a new sitting the candidate
will pay the entire examination fees.
3) Non-compliance with the provisions in point (1)
letters c); d); e); f) g) h) will be communicated to the
chairman of the examination committee.
