Friends-with-Benefits Contract
This contract outlines the basis for a friends-with-benefits (also known as fuck-friends, fuck-buddies) collaboration between __________________ and __________________ as willing participants (henceforth called Partners) and is aimed at setting the framework for satisfying each others sexual fantasies, desires and curiosities without prejudice. It is also in the scope of this contract to explicitly limit emotional involvement and attachment to the boundaries of professional conduct. (1) Non-exclusivity This contract hereby grants the Participants the right to engage in other romantic, erotic, sexual or otherwise flirtatious encounters, without consent or explicit knowledge of the other party. (2) Secrecy The Partners may choose to share or not share information about other encounters in the absence of an explicit inquiry by the other. The Partners are forbidden to present false evidence or false testimony and are forbidden to conceal evidence upon inquiry by each other Partner, regardless of the subject of the inquiry (tell each other the truth about everything clause). The statue of limitations for inquiries is the date ________________; any Partner may decline to answer inquiries on events having occurred prior to this date. (3) Confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement The Partners are forbidden from sharing details about the sexual activity involving each other with third parties. This confidentiality agreement extends for a minimum of 3 years after the end of this contract. (4) Consent Partners may only engage with each other in those sexual practices which are mutually agreed. Each Partner may invoke or revoke consent at any point, without notice. (5) Romantic feelings Partners are explicitly forbidden from expressing romantic feelings towards one other. Compliments are allowed, within reasonable bounds. Reasonable bounds are defined and adjusted between Partners by notifying each other of their respective preferences, as they evolve. Partners will ensure best available efforts to resolve all conflicts in a professional, amicable fashion (no fighting clause). Under no circumstances are Partners allowed to display jealousy or possessive behavior. (6) Non-sexual activity Any non-sexual activity is allowed as long as: it is accepted by both Partners, with no explicit objection it does not breach clause (3).

(7) Threesomes Any of the Partners may suggest the temporary inclusion of a third party (either male or female) in their sexual activity. This inclusion will only take place with the mutual consent of the Partners. Consent of any of Partners may be revoked unilaterally, without notice or explanation. The male Partner hereby expresses an explicit denial for any situation involving homosexual encounters between himself and another male. (8) Changes to this contract Provisions of this contract may be changed, amended or adjusted only with the mutual consent of the Partners. (9) Termination clause Each of the Partners has the right to unilaterally terminate the current Friends-withbenefits agreement, with the obligation to notify the other Partner with a 24 hours advance. The other Partner has the right to request a single final sexual encounter (also known as Goodbye fuck or Termination fuck) within the bounds of the 24 hours. Both Partners will use best logistic effort available to allow for the Goodbye fuck to occur within the given timeframe. As mentioned, clause (3) is to be enforced for a minimum of three years after the termination of this contract.

The Partners agree to each and all of the above clauses and provisions and look forward to fuck each others brains out in any way which is both imaginable and allowed by this contract.
